Arte Italica Barware & Glassware Collection

Pewter which is the fourth precious metal in existance, is comprised of tin and antimony and copper to give it strength. Arte Italica pewter is molded, then buffed and assembled, all by hand. Each piece is then tumbled, enabling the characteristics of aged metal.

All the pewter and glass items are handmade of Italian pewter and either mouth blown glass or crystal. Mouth blown glass can be irregular in shape and may contain small bubbles and imperfections, which is expected. All pewter and glass items should be washed by hand using non-abrasive, non-citrus detergent. These items should not be used in the freezer, oven or microwave oven. Due to the handcrafted nature of the products, there may be slight variations in color and distressing, this is the character and charm of unique handmade pieces. Arte Italica pewter is made using 95% tin, which is the highest possible content.
