I wanted to let you know that the 16 place settings arrived with not a chip, crack, mark or other damage. It was all perfect in every way! What ingenious packaging! Only 3 of the 16 rimmed soup bowls have arrived so far (and they, too, were in pristine condition!). I assume that we may expect the remaining 13 in the near future.
I just wanted to thank you all again for the marvelous service, attention to detail and genuine caring about your customers! It's in such stark contrast to my last wedding gift attempt at Bloomingdale's. That time, I ordered some lovely crystal and the store insisted that it had to be shipped to me (even though they had enough in stock to let me take it with me...). Of course, every single one was shattered to bits on arrival. I had to lug it back to the store and, again, have my order re-shipped to me in spite of the abundance of in-stock merchandise. Naturally, another twelve glasses bit the dust. I finally gave up altogether after re-lugging the broken bits back to the store. I think that bride ended up with something made out of cast iron from me. Unfortunately, I didn't know about your wonderful store back then. Had I, that bride would probably have gotten 24 perfect goblets for half the price!
So, thank you again for everything! The bride is thrilled, I'm thrilled and you have a lifelong customer...several actually as I haven't stopped talking about you to anyone who will listen!

There was some confusion but everything turned out fine... Very nice and gracious people... They can help their cause by stating when they drop ship from a manufacturer that they have checked that the item is available. In my case it was, but I had been told by Marshall Fields it was no longer available from the manufacturer so I was concerned and had to do follow-up emailing... This is true because of the large number of websites I have encountered that are not as ethical as these women... An idea to imporve their already A+ service...

Crystallia is one of the very few merchants that offer a wide variety of the Wee Forest Folk collectibles. If the item is in stock, they ship it very quickly. The only problem I've ever had with them is in the past, on 2 separate occasions, I had seen 2 Wee Forest Folk figures on their website, but when I tried to order them, I was told that they hadn't received their inventory yet, so the item wouldn't ship for about 4 weeks. Both times I had to choose another figure because I was making a gift purchase for a special occasion and couldn't wait. I would recommend them making their website a little more user friendly when it comes to issues like this and posting a message letting people know there is a delay in ordering certain items. Other than that, I've always had great service with excellent communication from this vendor and would recommend them to anyone!
